Yes, anything can be added. The con for adding something would be an extension on the timeframe for the project and additional charges for the addition.

If the design is not satisfactory, we can continue to work on the design until it is. The amount of design work would be added to the design fee. If the price is unsatisfactory, we give the option to take it to another local firm to get a price comparison. The design is yours after the design fee is charged.
